The optical cable sheathing production line is mainly composed of the defense line mechanism, vertical packaging device, extruder, warm water tank, traction machine, printing and gantry take-up and other parts. The optical cable sheathing production line supporting electrical cabinet system is used for the control of each equipment of the above production line.

The transmission part of the system adopts Danfoss frequency converter, and has PID control mode to ensure the synchronous operation of each device.

The PLC part adopts Siemens S7-1500 series, ProfiNet field Ethernet bus network, modular control structure, and a Siemens industrial control computer as the monitoring system.
